Equip your church for relational evangelism.
Search Formation helps everyday Christians move beyond guilt, pressure, and uncertainty into a practical way of loving people, asking better questions, and inviting honest conversations about God and life.
The Great Commission guilt cycle
Many Christians feel pressure to share their faith but lack a clear, sustainable way to do it. The result is often guilt, awkwardness, or avoidance.
Search Formation exists to equip Christians to share their faith by:
- Deepening their appreciation of God’s love for the lost
- Developing a vision for personal ministry
- Practicing relational evangelism
What Formation is
A 12-week cohort pathway that trains believers to have natural, meaningful conversations about God. It is not a program to run once. It is a repeatable model for personal ministry and church equipping.
The Search 1-2-3 model
Value the one
Focus on the person in front of you. One conversation at a time. Presence over programs.
Two principles
- God is responsible for the results.
- A person’s spiritual journey is a process.
Three barriers
Intellectual. Emotional. Spiritual. Formation addresses each with gentleness and clarity.
The 12-week cohort path
A structured but relational journey through core questions of faith.
What is a Forum?
A Forum is a one-hour discussion where guests explore core questions about God and life in a comfortable setting.
The goal is not to win a debate, but to deepen trust, invite honest reflection, and create space for meaningful follow-up.
"More Jesus. Less awkward."
Trusted local ministry
